Los Angeles-based lover of all things mind-body-soul. I’ve practiced yoga for over a decade and spent most of my career working with children, families, and adolescents in the role of teacher, counselor, and therapist. I take a warm, authentic, compassionate, and non traditional approach to all that I do. I hold two M.A. degrees in Education and Clinical Psychology. I am a registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern in California, although I am no longer actively practicing.

I found my passion through writing about wellness, life, psychology, addiction, therapy, healing, codependency, and relationships. I find the written word exciting and intriguing with the capacity to reach large numbers of people. While I no longer sit on the therapist side of the couch, I enjoy supporting therapists in the work that they do.
